Len just said Bradley is "Nowhere near 100%". Didn't they say two weeks ago it would be 3-5 days? I'm guessing it will end being about a month. And why wasn't he DLd?

 

They can retroactively DL him tonight and bring up Fox. The fact that is was day to day with Bradley and progressed to something worse is not surprising, but it's not that big of a deal.

He should have been DL'ed to begin with.

 

He also should have served his suspension right away, etc. But should have's don't do much for you. Just have to put up with the DL trips/suspension time/roster management that comes with having Bradley on the team.

The Cubs medical staff has really baffled me the past decade or so.

 

While its a good sign that they dont want to, and hes probably fairly close to returning, were at the point where it may have to be done regardless.
