As soon as David Price gets the call up I am going to be looking to trade one of my pitchers who has exemptions left if anyone wants DiceK, Kuroda, Owings or Lee, Bedard.

What will you be looking for in return?

I'll be interested in any of those minus Lee.. Let me know what you'll be looking for. I'd prefer Dice K.

[expletive] negative points for jake peavy vs. two double digit starts for hampton and garland. [expletive] two weeks of no saves and an era over 9.00 for hanrahan until this week and he's got two saves by tuesday.

seems about [expletive] right.

Jarrod Washburn?

It helped off-set my Marquis disaster.

Or, you could have benched your Marquis disaster waiting to happen and then reaped the benefits of another fine Jarrod Washburn start.

I'm hopinig there are a few more Marquis type performances from your staff this week. With all my starts on the weekend, I'd hate to get down a ton and have to play comeback on Sat/Sun.

Tim is only up 3 points right now and I have a 2 start advantage. Unfortunately, one of those starts is Johnny Cueto against the Cubs tonight.

Wow, SABR has 4 starts today.

i do too...including both starters facing the red sox in the DH. so that should be fun.

hey, baker already off to a great start.

Yeah. Baker's fastball is BP quality today. Nick Green just about took him out to the Mass. Pike.

I'm getting in my car and driving to wherever the Rockies are and punching management right in the face. Ian Stewart is the most productive player on their team, currently sporting a 1.118 OPS, and he's sitting yet again. He's a left handed bat and the Rockies are facing a RH pitcher. Who's in there instead? Seth "[expletive]" Smith and Jeff "That's Okay, I'll Get a Hit Next Year" Baker. 7 of the hitters in the Rockies line up today have batting averages ranging as low as .067 and as high as .245. Stewart's scraping by with his .345 AVG.

8 Rocky players have as many or many more at bats so far this season than Stewart. Yet Stewart leads the team in HR's, AVG, SLG, OPS besides being their trophy prospect.

I hate the Rockies for trading Holliday and being clueless on how to use Stewart.

Yeah, not sure whether that's a good thing or bad thing, but I'll find out later tonight. Didn't want to activate Zimmerman too soon, and that's already cost me a decent start from him.

On the flip side, anyone interested in a SS or OF? :)

Hey Tim,

You might want to let your closer know that it's not considered good strategy to HPB/BB Chris Davis and Jarrod Saltalammachia to get to Ian Kinsler when you only have a 3 run lead.

I love the Angels' pitching tonight. -4 for Saunders and -18 for Shields.

I lead by 13.5 points plus have a 6-3 remaining pitching start advantage.
