Tootielicious trades 2010 first round pick + Heyward to HBC for King Felix.

I think Zach Duke. Actually, I'm sure of it.

HBC receives NC Cubs 1st and 3rd picks in the Miggy Cabrera deal.

You're definitely going to be in good shape for next year's draft.

At this rate there are going to be like 6 teams with first round picks next year.

I'll collect as many as I can once the season ends. People should trade them to me just to see adam's head explode. :)

That's not to be confused with the 2009 minor league draft (whenever that is), correct?

Are we still doing one of those? Because the real world talent pool doesn't change between here and there.

NSBB Trades: Beltran + First pick in Prospect Draft

HBC Trades: Ibanez, Niese + first two picks in prospect draft

The prospect draft in question is whatever one happens next.

Northside Baseball receives TB's 2010 1st rd. minor league draft pick.

Just to clarify, if we do a second draft this year, Todd and I agree that the trade will be executed for that draft.

To expand upon this thought...

If we do a prospect draft now and one in the spring, the one in the spring will be pretty useless as there wouldn't be any new players to pick from nor any additional performance to change rankings.

So HBC now has the rights to Strasburg now?

Wouldn't that be Shane since he's last in the standings?

(scrambles to think what I can offer Shane...)

Oh, is that how we're doing it? I forgot what order we were going with.

I just misread what you acquired from Ping.

I must get Starsburg before you. Just like Lincecum.
