I enjoyed this. Good work.

This thread needs this photo though:

Can't wait until Kerry and Mark come back to Wrigley in June.

Outstanding and depressing work. It's going to be a long time before DeRo gets bumped from my top ten favorite Cubs of all time.

I was really hoping to see Soriano's walkoff single to center against Colorado from June of 07. DeRosa had nothing to do with that play, but he still makes the clip a classic the way he's running onto the field before Hill ever crossed the plate.

Yea, Cleveland is definitely my second favorite team this year. :(

Mark has to be one of the nicest, most genuine people that has ever suited up for the Cubs. Of all the Cubs of the last few years, including Wood (I'd be more awestruck than anything with him), Mark DeRosa is by far the one I'd have most liked to run into on a Chicago street.

I'm gonna miss him. If I end up at the Cleveland series I'll wear my DeRo shirt.

Amazing video, as usual.

I've put off watching this for a long time because I knew it would be depressing. I was right. Best of luck, mark.

He's also a baseball player you've never met before, so it seems weird to nearly cry while watching video footage of him.

Weirder than you caring what gets an emotional response from a man from a message board whom you've never met?
