What was the Red Sox offer again? I'd gladly take it if it was even sorta close to the one that Washington is offering. For me, personally, the chance to be paid very well (instead of obscenely well) and play for a winner would be very tempting.

It wouldnt be collusion if there was not any discussion amongst the teams to do it. Even if there was discussion, is it different for one specific case as opposed to all the teams getting together and not offering all of the free agents like in the late 80s? Just wondering, I am not sure how it is written in the labor agreement.
