The only major coaching failure of the Bears in the last few year was waiting one season too long to remake the offensive line. (well, and the obvious failures to draft a decent QB).

no, he hasn't. He's been completely reliant on the talent of his players. He might be an average coach, and he's awful with challenges, the easiest test of a coach's judgment
