It's annoying watching this play-by-play and having a 1-in-3 chance of knowing who did whatever.

Tulsa scores again, but missed the PAT. 17-13 Arkansas.

congrats, but that seriously is one of the worst coaching decisions i've seen in a long, long time.

How so? I would have tried to push it. Had Decker not let that go right through his hands, they're in pretty good position.

throwing to a gimpy WR when you can just go to OT? it was risky

no idea why they were throwing the ball on third and 10 from their own 12 or whatever, and it's a tall task to go from your own 29 and get in field goal position in less than 30 seconds with no time outs. plus they're at home... play for OT.

lol @ wisconsin, nice choke

Because after the first passing play down the field on the first play of the drive (which I think was a good decision), they should have just ran the ball twice and gone to OT. Then they threw on second down and it fell incomplete. So you're in 3rd-and-10 from your own 14 with 30-some seconds left and both teams have a timeout. At the very least you should run the ball to make Northwestern use their last time out. Dumb, dumb decisions by the Minnesota head coach and he got burned.

thats because saban will be gone after this season when someone offers him more money.

You go ahead and think that. I hope you are being sarcastic, I really do. Which school can offer Saban the money, the power (he's got full control of the football program, Moore the AD is essentially a figurehead) the tradition that Alabama has. Schools that fit this description (USC/OU/FSU/PSU/Texas) either already have their coaches or they will have their next coach in line to succeed their current coach. And outside of those kind of schools, Nick Saban isn't going to take a step down in the coaching hierarchy, ie leaving Alabama for a school like Clemson. That would be like Mack Brown leaving Texas for Baylor. Do you see that happening? Cause if you honestly do see that happening, please pass me what your smoking cause that must be some good............

Contrary to the pubic persona that Nick has shown, Nick and his family absolutely do love it in Alabama. There are two fears that Nick has admitted to: 1: He will never return to Morgantown, WV. Why? Because even at 57 he still has fear of following his father into the coal mines. Irrational? Yes. But it what motivates the man. 2: Saban has grown tired of being label a merc (I understand why people would call him that and I understand why Saban has grown tired of it). He's not leaving Alabama anytime.

Now I understand you may be pushing my bottoms on this subject, and if that's the case, kudos to you kind sir. I just don't see Saban leaving Alabama. Saban has already done the NFL thing THREE TIMES (Browns/Dolphins/Oilers) and a coach of his statute does not take a step down in the college ranks.

Put it this way, Pete Carroll is more likely to leave USC then Saban is to leave Alabama.

23-20 Arkansas at the half. Again, the Hogs took it down to the 4 and couldn't get in. That's going to get you beat against an offense like Tulsa's, especially since they get the ball back to start the second half.
