and 34 more in the 4th

helped that desmond mason accidentally scored a lot and jeff green decided to pretend that he was a capable starter

i hope they don't do this too often...will upset my plan of 65 losses and blake griffin

When is the next time they play a bad team at home?

Gotta be one of the next five. Five game home stand coming up, then 6/7 on the road in the WEST.

Circus trip for the lose.

We play Atlanta and the Pacers next week. I would think those should be wins. We always play Phoenix and Dallas tough at home too for some weird, odd reason, so it wouldn't shock me to see an upset there.

Thanks for proving me right.

This is a 41-41 team with the roster we have currently, which is more than fine by me. I just want to be competitive in every game and have a shot at the playoffs. Like I said, this is a team that should be good at home but will struggle on the road. It's about as perfect of a .500 team as you're going to find.

And we need to pay Gordon. Like I've been touting all offseason long, he is going to work unbelievably well with Rose.

GAME LEADERS:

Points: Gordon (23)

Assists: Rose/Gordon (6)

Rebounds: Noah (14)

Steals: Hinrich (5)

Blocks: Thomas (2)

MVP OF THE GAME:

Derrick Rose: 18 PTS, 6 AST, 4 REB, 2 STL

Was too drunk to do it last night haha... and David thanks for that vid, that was AMAZING.

CHICAGO (AP) — Bulls guard Kirk Hinrich needs surgery to repair a torn ligament in his right thumb and will miss up to three months.

The injury occurred during Chicago’s 100-83 victory over Phoenix on Friday.

Hinrich, making his first start, was injured in the third quarter and left the game with five points, five assists and five steals. The Bulls initially called it a sprain, but an exam before Saturday night’s game against Cleveland revealed a torn ulnar collateral ligament.

The surgery is scheduled for Tuesday.

In his sixth season, Hinrich is averaging 8.3 points and 4.0 assists. The Bulls drafted Derrick Rose with the No. 1 pick, and Thabo Sefolosha started the first five games at shooting guard with Hinrich in a reserve role. But coach Vinny Del Negro juggled the lineup on Friday, with Hinrich replacing the struggling Sefolosha.

I am frustrated.

Why LeBron feels the need to shoot a 3 or long jumper after a team gets a hot shooting hand is completely beyond me. Go to the basket.

Also, thank God Mike Brown finally put Z back in. There is no reason to play small-ball with Chicago. Keep Z in, because Chicago has no one that can stop him when they go small.

He's having an off night and will probably still score 25+.

Way to go, Andy. Nothing like giving a team a 4-point play.

By the way, you Chicago fans are lucky. On the local FOXOH, Austin Carr is one of the color commentators. I am completely confident that I could do a better job calling the game.

One of his genius lines before the half: "We HAVE to win this game to make the next three games at home mean a lot."

James playing TERRIBLE and has 17 PTS, 6 REB, 2 AST.

Yeah, he's good at basketball.

Let's be real; Hinrich wasn't going to be traded.

I hate to cheer injuries, but I'm not really sad at all that Hinrich's out. That'll help the guard glut when Hughes comes back. Gordon already with 18 at the half. Again, pay this man.
