You've proven me wrong. Tyrus Thomas doesn't get lots of blocks and steals and stuff when he plays.

He's first in the NBA among PF in steals/48 and 3rd among PF in blocks/48 (8th among all players). But those silly plays don't have impacts on games.

Hey, there's dexter doing what I said he would do and arguing about a term he obviously defines differently than I do. What a surprise. I only predicted it two posts ago.

no im pretty sure points, rebounds, and assists are stats

just checked....yep, theyre stats

apparently they are like 3 of the most important ones too

sorry dude i just dont understand how you can say a guy fills up the stat sheet when he leaves the main ones empty.

Does he really? Because his PER tells me he's about average (actually a little above), despite tons of people being convinced he's bad at basketball.

Anyway, I'm done. This was a small part of my original post and this "argument" is only a result of you disagreeing with my phrasing. Like I said before, a waste of time.

If they actually managed to beat LA in this stretch they've had lately, to go along with the other teams they've beaten, I'd be pretty amazed.

I don't see it happening, though (probably one of the most obvious statements ever).

I think there's a big debate about tyrus' play, and rightfully so. What I think is equally as interesting is... what do you do with him going forward? Obviously, he has shown the potential to be a key part of this team, but he also has shown that he could seriously hinder this franchise's ability to win if he doesn't take his game to the next level in terms of consistency. Ultimately, Tyrus could be a great sign for this team, or he could cripple the team, ala Deng.

What does Pax do with Tyrus in the upcoming years?

If I could put him in a package deal for an all star player, I would do it without any hesitation at all.

It is tough to send out an inconsistent player who can't shoot and doesn't even know his own skill set.

That's not a pleasant start.

I don't mind the start.

Holy [expletive]... I'm enjoying a Bulls game.

Go back to the Hawks thread, jinxy.

Hahaha... maybe I'm the good luck charm the Bulls needed. Look what happens when I show up?

Anyways... Salmons is AWESOME... I can't believe a lot of the talk stations were bitching about the trade for him. Thomas looks 50x better than he did in the first 10 games of the season. And Derrick Rose... wow... this guy is incredible.

Nice block by Noah.

A lot of people still slam him, and he could definitely be more consistent, but he has dramatically improved over the last few weeks.
