This has the feeling of a game where Kobe gets 30-35 points but takes 25-30 shots to do it and the Lakers lose by 10-15. You can tell he's already demanding the ball a ton.

I'm pretty disappointed with how poorly Gasol and Odom are doing. I know Tyrus Thomas is pretty athletic but they should be abusing Noah and Miller.

He looks incredibly gassed already. Seems like he has the ol' heavy legs syndrome.

This is some ridiculously sloppy basketball by the Lakers. Bad shots, bad passes and bad defense.

Lakers look like they decided to play D now.

Imparitive for the Bulls to get at least 2-4 more points more lead before half. We all know how they love to choke.

HALFTIME LEADERS:

Points: Salmons (18)

Assists: Gordon (6)

Rebounds: Thomas/Noah (7)

Steals: Salmons (1)

Blocks: Thomas/Noah (2)

FIRST HALF MVP:

It would appear that the real Lakers arrived in Chicago at halftime.

Rose is pissed and decided to kick it into overdrive. Should never have gotten lazy and lost the lead, though.

Woulda-coulda-shoulda.

It's a team that went to the finals last year with one of the best players of all time. That the Bulls never gave up the lead and are still up by 7 is damn good.

Won't deny that.
