Yes, the TT over Aldridge or Roy was a huge misstep. I'm not sure Hawes > Noah though Hawes is a more prototypical center. Oh well, the past is the past.

So who is the FA you most covet in the coming offseasons? I want Bosh.

Yes to Bosh. A Rosh/Bosh combo would be just sick. The Bulls can make this happen too. By the summer of 2010 Rose will be a full blown NBA superstar by that point and still under his modest rookie deal. You can sell to any FA that they will team up with Rose and automatically become contenders.

I've heard rumors of Bosh wanting to go to Detroit..but why? That team is on the downslope. The Bulls can and need to make this happen.

Defend this madness now.

I've never been enamored with Hawes' game. Not that I actually care for Noah's game.

I realize I might be in the minority here, I just don't think Hawes can maintain his current play.

Bosh would be great.

But for whatever free agents we're targeting I think we need to prove that there's more on this current roster besides Rose because they can always stay home for extra dollars. I want to be on the upswing heading into the 2010 offseason and not treading water.

I don't really think it is when it's a trip that is likely to make most teams look worse than they really are. How is that a good indicator of anything at any time?

I think you're being to easy on these guys. I don't see how going any road trip and stinking it up indicates anything other than you need alot of work. Maybe if every game was against Lakers-calibre opponents I would feel differently. Not all these teams are world-beaters.

I hope we don't go 0-9.

Couldn't get a 5-guard lineup, Vinny?

ETA: Damn, beat by SpongeWorthy.

What exactly is Vinny seeing out there that makes him think "Gee, leaving Hughes in seems like a good strategy!"

I'm seriously getting emotionally distraught over how much playing time he gets. Why can't these clowns get it? HE. CAN'T. PLAY.

Horrible finish to the half.

Geez, what the hell, Gordon.

Gordon has horrific point guard skills. He can't finish at the rim, can't dish, and is generally uninterested at passing unless he's already left his feet and has nowhere to go.

It's extremely refreshing to see a player who comes in on the floor and knows his role (Hunter) and defers to the real floor general on the team in Rose. Take notes, Gordon. You're useful but not when you dominate the ball when Rose should be setting you up to succeed.
