I heard it stirred up a lot of controversy when he replaced 8 year old Willie Bernstein with 29 year old former major leaguer Corey Patterson. Neifi Perez tried out as well, but lost his starting job to Lewis Meyers, an asthmatic, mildly autistic 7 year old.
