That's fair. He's above average IMO, but I can't consider him great until he learns to pick his battles and cut down on his mental mistakes. I think he can be great before his career is over, but he's not there yet.

Rogers is more elusive that I have given him credit for in the past. Ellis and Henry have both had free runs at him and he has managed to avoid the big hit.

I think that durability concerns due to Barber's running style and Jones' lack of experience keep them from being elite at this point. If they both continue to produce like they have, then yes they will be considered elite.

i think guys like LDT and AD are elite RBs. barber and jones are very good but not elite IMO; they may put up elite numbers because the offensive line is so great. just watch how many times barber goes 3-5 yards before being touched.

Gurode looks like he's got a pretty good gash on his snapping hand, this could be huge. His shotgun snaps are already questionable and we don't have another C on the roster behind him. I am curious to see how Garrett gameplans around this and to see if GB starts lining someone up at cocked nose to put more pressure on Gurode.
