oklahoma should really win this game pretty easily.

that auburn-miss st is scoreless through the first quarter, which is probably how most of the game is gonna go.

i just hope the osu-usc game is competitive until halftime or something.

It could be an all-hype no delivery type situation.

i have a feeling it won't be a bad game. osu played a great game against texas at the shoe and won the next year in austin. they just get completely pantsed in championship games.

michigan looked bad today. i'll say it again, if penn state can't beat them this year, it's never gonna happen.

Only 1 hour until the carnage begins. The destruction of yet another Big Ten pretender by the mighty Trojans.

We don't rebuild, we reload.

USC fan?

rooting for usc is kinda like rooting for the republican party, i think.

Not really, the Trojans are a lock - McCain is the underdog.

Yes. Looks like it may be the Pac 3 this year (USC, ASU and Oregon).

Anybody give you the Bruins +60?

Apparently Pryor is going to see significant time for OSU.

Michigan is certified crap. They might be looking at a season so bad it could hurt recruiting. I'm not sure those alumni are ready for this (I know a few Michigan Alumni -- god love 'em but they have no clue what it's like to be bad).

my next door neighbor is a lunatic OSU fan and he HATES Boekman

todd boeckman is definitely a "game manager"

which means "can't play football"

Consider me surprised that Beanie Wells isn't playing. I thought for sure Tressel was going to "change his mind" a few minutes before game time.

More or less. OSU's D would need to create takeaways for the Buckeyes to have a chance, I think.

I thought all that talk was a little overblown. It's not like the Buckeyes have 2 good options at RB. All Carrol has to do is prepare for Beanie, and if he's not there.......bonus.

It was never going to be a situation like, good running QB vs. good pocket passer, or something such as that.

I like both defenses so far.

Ohio State's D is going to keep them in the game.

Blah, they just fell back to the SD feed. You bozos.

I feel like it's the NCAA tourney all over again. Every time they went to a "regional" game, it dropped to SD

Yeah, I feel like the first thing you notice when you get HD is how poorly it is implemented. It's really sad.

i hate how many college stadiums are artificial turf these days

which ones? i haven't noticed a growing trend.

I think only 3 or 4 of the Big 10 stadiums are grass at this point. Michigan, Illinois and OSU have all gone artificial in the past several years

Hell of a drive by Ohio State. I'm really surprised and impressed.

OSU should just try to get 4 yards on every play, no matter how they have to do it.

An old football coach of mine used to preach that :)

4 yards a pop, TD every time.

There is grass at Kinnick, and today the rain had a huge effect, the field was muddy before the game had started.

The bands did their pregame and halftime shows from the stands.
