Just out of bored curiosity... what happens if a batter hits a little dribbler and flings his bat after making contact and running to first, but the bat hits the catcher in the legs while trying to make a play and causes the catcher to trip or disrupts his play on the ball........ can the batter be called out for interference?

 

I know the previous 'Bourne AB/bat toss/Geo making the play' wasn't close, but just brought the question to mind.
