Khalil Greene looks like he hates playing baseball right now. He's showing no interest in being at the plate.

Would it kill the Cardinals to lose a game or two? The Padres had 1st and 2nd with 1 out and the Cards get the inning-ending double play. Between that and the bases-loaded chokejob, it's like San Diego is trying to find out how many ways they can possibly screw up a rally.

Join the party. At least Brewers and Cubs fans can agree on something. I have no problem with the Brewers making the playoffs as long as the Cubs do. The Cardinals are that common threat that won't go away.

I'd MUCH rather the Cardinals win the Wild Card than the Brewers, but that's just me. *shrug*

It's expected at this stage, SD and SF are just playing out the season and STL and MIL are playing really well right now and have been almost the entire year.

In previous years, it required other teams to lose to inferior teams for the Cubs to clinch the division. Now, it looks as if it's going to take 90+ wins to win the division with 2 teams likely to get there and the other real close.

brewers win

Thanks, for some reason I can't find the Brewers score on ESPN, SI.com, Sportsline, CSN Chicago and ESPNnews. Weird. Luckily we have a guy like you here to report this.

Why tolerate this sudden influx of Cardinals and Brewers fans? It's one thing if obvious fans of other teams show up and want to discuss topics, but pretty much all of these recent ones are here to talk up why their teams are better or post obvious things like when their teams win. Just ban them.

Agreed. If you want another way to determine who to ban, just wait until the next time the Brewers lose 2 games in a row and see who is still posting here. Ban the rest.

We've had a talk with brewersbrewers and will have a talk with other fans of non-cubs teams.

There are a few worth keeping around.
