what's with the head shaking right after he hit the home run? i found that to be hilarious.

 

Len and Bob asked him and he said he didn't think he got enough of it. He was surprised it went.

 

oh okay... i didn't think that could be it because it was like 15 rows deep. it's not like the wind was blowing out either.

 

either way, soto is the freakin man.

He also said he thought the wind must have picked up while it was in the air. I think he just thought he hit a deep fly out. It was really high and took forever to land. But it was long gone and probably not at all wind aided.

Didn't they say on the radio that Soto is only two HR behind the all time leader for home runs by a catcher before the all-star break?

 

That leader...Pudge Rodriguez...I think.

I laughed at the guy in the Theriot jersey from :17 through :20 trying to get a high five, but nobody looks at him.

I thought he had a great interview last night. He is a humble guy. He said the reason that is is hitting better is that he is swinging harder, he is being more aggressive at the plate. I wouldn't ever throw him a fastball.
