Sorry, I hope this is more acceptable. It's a very relevant article.

 

BTW, would not read too much into Cuban not being mentioned. It is stating right there in the article why he most likely would not be the chosen one to purchase the Cubs and why no one can sue over it.

Interesting that he never mentioned Cuban by name, though it's clearly an article about how Cuban has an uphill battle
