I also get the inkling, that Lou hasn't yet chewed out his team for trying to steal third with 2 outs. Although that's a random wild guess.

I'm just not a big fan of the idea that Marmol has to be in in every close situation. He can't pitch 120 games and still be effective in the playoffs.

 

Occassionally you'll have to use someone else losing 2-1.
