There was no way Marquis was going to throw a no hitter relax guys

 

Just settle for a pitching gem from him

 

I don't know how I would've reacted if he did throw it though. The first Cub to throw a no-hitter in 36 years is...Jason soap dropping Marquis.

One difference between Cedeno and Theriot. Among the other differences, an inferior bat and infinitely more likely to overslide second base on a walk

If Marquis throws a no-hitter, I'll crap a brick.

The good thing that will come from a Marquis no-no is that he will probably throw like 150 pitches to do it.

 

You do realize that Marquis is averaging 10 pitching per inning today ???
