I give my team two weeks to pull its head out of its collective arse, then it is time to start selling.

 

Juan, what will the keeper limit be this offseason?

I had to choose one out of three pitching starts today (Santana, Harang, or Suppan) and I made the right choice (Santana). Suppan would have also been OK; Harang was the stinker. He's really having a terrible year, not looking at all like the ace he's supposed to be. Earlier in the year he was pitching well and was just a victim of non-support, but now he just plain sucks.

 

Bonderman's injury came at the right time for me. :D

Looks like Derosa's dinger tonight may be just enough for me to edge out the Sanitizers for second highest score of the week. Definitely one of my better weeks since joining the league. My offense seems to be getting into gear (Drew was on fire this week) and I kept all my negative pitching starts on the bench.

I hope not to lose for a while. I have a problem this week though, I'll be on a cruise and Matt refuses to set my pitchers for me since I'm playing him. Anyone willing to assist? I can provide exactly what I'd want to have happen, but I need someone willing to do it for me.

It was one of my worst weeks this week in a big game. I'm definitely disappointed. I'm still the top scoring team in the league, but my team has been outscored by my opponents. That's absolutely amazing.

Don't get too excited. I get my entire outfield back this week (Holliday, Wells, Ellsbury) and Braun gets moved back to 3rd. My pitching staff is due to have a good week sooner rather than later, hopefully it's this week. I have 8 starts to choose the best 7. The only player I'm missing this week is Pena, and he hasn't exactly been setting the world on fire with his bat this season.

I agree that he's the dominant one in that division.... Our division is more of a toss up than that one is IMO.... We'll see!

Actually, I think I can take care of it since I'm not out this week until Thursday. I'm planning on benching Weaver after his start on 6/10 and putting in Floyd. Just can't decide if I'd rather start AJ vs the Cubs or Garza vs Fla.... However, I'm looking for next week, possibly needing someone to put Weaver back in my line up to get his monday start, as I'll still be out of town.
