Cubs/Sox Game 6/22 Officially Sunday Night Baseball

It was probably a formality at this point, considering how the teams are doing, but the ESPN has, in fact, picked up this previously TBD game.

 

 

I'll admit it, I love when the Cubs are on Sunday Night, despite the fact that Joe Morgan sucks.

At least when the Cubs are at home I can turn down the TV and turn on the XM to listen to Pat and Ron. \:D/

Joe will be in rare form for this game...looking at his comments this season, he basically thinks every team is a sham except for the Red Sox, so he's gonna be on and them some for the Cubs and White Sox if both are still in 1st place.

I love it when I can get the Cubs in HD. I believe the Cubs have done very well this year on ESPN too.

Yeah, the Cubs are 5-2 on ESPN this yr, including that big 19-5 whoopah of the Brew-Crew.

 

But 2 cases of bad news:

 

1: The Cubs only have two more ESPN games left on the schedule. The Dodgers in LA and the White Sox at Wrigley.

 

2: Circle the dates August 9, and September 20. You know why.........the Cubs and the Cards get together for ole Saturday afternoon baseball on.............FOX. You know what that'll mean....................two games of "unbias" commentary from Buck/McCarver.....yeah...................I wonder if we can petition FOX into letting either Brenly or Kasper join the game calling for either dates, so that we don't have to listen to the "love affair" between those two and the Cards.....But the good news is....both games will be at Wrigley.
