Was Singh's shot on the actual Master's course or the par-3 course? It is bad luck to win the par-3 mini tournament, because no one has ever won that and the actual tournament. So they mess around and have some fun for the par-3 tournament.

Masters starts on espn in 3, 2, 1...

Really? I had no idea.

I love watching the Masters though. I don't know what it is, but I'll probably sit there and watch all day on Sunday.

cbs got its dream pairing of tiger and phil on sunday. unfortunately they're both 7 back.

Not out of the realm of possibility if one of them pulls a 65 or something out of their butt.

Even then, if one of the top two go one under or better, which both have done in each of the three rounds, Tiger and Phil can't win.

If they see Tiger charging up the leader board on Sunday you can bet their knees will be jello...even more than they already are. Although Perry doesn't seem like the guy to fold and Cabrera has already withstood Tiger at the U.S. Open in 2007.

they could both shoot low scores on the back 9. 12 and 15 are both eagle opportunities if you hit your drive right; 16 they usually put the pin in a spot that gets the ball rolling down toward it. i can definitely see either one of them shooting 30-31 on the back 9 if they're on, but they have to go out in something like 3 under par to have a chance.

I've barely golfed at all in the last year, and I'm scheduled to play a round at St Andrews at the end of May. Between now and then, I need to establish a handicap of 24 or lower, which is pretty much where I max out at. There's going to be a lot of lying involved.

You probably meant 13 and 15. The only way to eagle 12 is to hit a hole in one. 13 and 15 are the par 5's, and 13 has been one of the easier holes this week.

If anyone had bought Sergio Garcia's Taylor Made driver by Thursday last week and Sergio wins the Masters, you get it for free. Couldn't you just take it back if he loses?

Mickelson 1 stroke back after 6 birdies in the first 8 holes! Tiger just eagled and is 4 back.

Phil hit one of the absolute best shots I've ever seen on the 7th hole.

Although I haven't watch much golf, definitely one of the best shots I've ever seen. Hooked it around the trees and stuck it 3 feet from the hole.

Phil has lost his mind...he's going nuts.

He really pulled that eagle putt to tie for the lead. How is Phil's wife looking these days?

I thought it was really interesting to see that over Tiger's career he is +18 on the par 3's, +7 on the par 4's, and -100 on the par 5's at the Masters. It's no wonder they try to Tiger Proof the course.

i like phil but i don't know if anyone misses more easier putts than him

He's blown four strokes on 12 (into the water), 15 (short eagle put) and 17 (short par put). He could be at -10 today and -14 overall which would put him two strokes up right now. At the very least, he should be tied with Perry right now.
