so it gives me a feeling of superiority.

I'm holding my tongue.

Out of line.

So I should have said something?

Should have said nothing.

Come on, it's just good-natured teasing. Sorry if I didn't use an emoticon or something to soften the point.

I didn't consider it "good-natured teasing". I considered it to be one of the numerous digs I've seen flying around the board for the last couple of weeks. Frankly, I've gotten really tired of the pot-shots and sniping, so please stop it.

I usually just tune into whichever broadcast is being carried on the MLB EI package. I get to listen to a lot of the opposing team's broadcasters, which can be fun to listen to them talk about the Cubs.

I find it hard to listen to the opposing team broadcast. there are so many duos out there that are brutally awful

While I agree that there are a lot of awful broadcasters out there, I still like hearing what opposing teams have to say.

I noticed Mark Grace was being rather homerish towards the Cubs on the Fox game of the week against Arizona. For those that don't know, Grace is a broadcaster for D'Back games. Sounded to me like he was applying for any future openings in the Cubs booth.

Anyway, I've watched a lot of Arizona broadcasts. Grace has become quite tolerable announcing games.

I don't know. Matt Vasgersian and Mark Grant are one of the best broadcast teams I've listened to. Vasgersian is a walking baseball encyclopedia.

What I find rather amusing is that Mark Grant and Duane Kuiper (Giants) sound absolutely identical on tv. I wonder how much this ever comes up. If they ever did a game together, you could swear that there was just one guy talking to himself in the booth.

Comcast, because their HD telecasts are available on Extra Innings but WGN-HD isn't available on DirecTV.

Agree.

Although I will often flip over to the ESPN booth early to hear what their main talking points are going to be for the game, and I will go to the opposition's feed on occasion to hear what they are saying.

That's a big improvement with Extra Innings this year, being able to watch either team's broadcast (assuming the broadcast is on a station Extra Innings can pick up).

I don't know, I love them both so much.

A couple weeks ago I would have said WGN so I could watch the games on the TV rather than on my computer but since I've moved to Sacramento, it really doesn't matter since Comcast here doesn't provide WGN and I'll have to watch every non-ESPN/FOX/TBS game on my comp.
