How did they decide to suspend a guy for something you cannot test for.

I don't know. I'm heading over to Jackson this weekend. I'm going to ask around and see what I can find out.

How did they decide to suspend a guy for something you cannot test for.

 

You can test for HGH, but you have to catch it shortly after the player ingests it.

 

However, the only other way you can find out about a player taking HGH is through secondhand evidence, such as through being on a prescription list.

I would guess that he was busted with it in his possession or he tried to buy it and customs intercepted it.

But Heyward has a ceiling that Schafer couldn't even come close to.

Sounds like he might want to appeal: how Schafer was busted for HGH.

 

On a side note, BA overrates Schafer way too much. I have a hunch that Heyward will universally be considered the better prospect at the end of this season.

I'm dissapointed because I was looking forward to watching Shafer play when I go to Mississippi on Saturday.
