I was supposed to play in that league, but it's $900/team, and most of the guys from our summer team didn't have $90 to spend playing indoors.

I was telling some buddies about the game last night. My Sox fan friend asked me if he punched out the catcher and pointed to the sky...and one of my fellow Cub fans told him...no, but multiple White Sox players stuck out and they weren't even playing. It was pretty cool playing against him. He's a big guy. I am 6'4" and he had a couple of inches on me. He also looked really thin and in shape. Said he was leaving for AZ on Sunday.

So long as he wasn't washing cars with Jeff Kent or doing practically anything with Rocco Baldelli, I'm okay with this.

 

He has as much a risk of getting injured getting out of bed in the morning as anything else in life.
