Tiebreaker Rumor (Help me out folks)

So I just heard from someone at work that if there is like a 3+ team tie for something there would have to be multiple tiebreakers that would actually push back the playoff games by a day or two. Someone please tell me this isn't true.

Whoa. Good point. Yes, this is true. It was a featured mlb.com story not too long ago. If game 4 happens any later than Sunday night, I'ma be PISSED.
