Was that one Rich Hill's fault or not? I never know for sure anymore.

 

2 out walk....2 out double....methinks it is.

 

I just need the word from the Rich Hill fan club to know when we should blame him.

The Pirates are really shaping up to be the team that completely knocks us out of playoff contention. We play them 5 more times, for one, and despite their overall record, their offense has really turned it on. Normally teams are able to just outscore them in a slugfest, but the Cubs have little to no power on their best days, so that's just not happening. Combine that with how the baby bears just love to roll over for crappy pitchers and lefties and I'm thinking the Cubs are lucky if they somehow manage to 2 of these last 6 games against the Pirates.
