Everyone is making such a big deal about that kid on the Yanks that threw at Youkilis yesterday... he's been good, but Marmol's been doing it all season

He also threw two balls over his head today.

 

I saw that DB extraordinaire Angel Hernandez threw him out immediately.

 

In fairness to Angel, it was Yanks-Sawx. Had he thrown one more like that, we could have seen a brawl. But that would have allowed DiceK to break out the Karate Kick, so maybe Angel was being shortsighted

 

Would DiceK had pulled out the ol' Prancing Crane?

And in addition to the sluts and C level bands playing, White Sox scrubs hang out there from time to time. You too can meet Brian Anderson and Brandon McCarthy. At least you could until they get traded/demoted for hanging out at Bourbon Street too much.

Fontenot will NOT be on the playoff roster...

 

Fontenot would be on the playoff roster. The only other options are Patterson and Cedeno to replace him, and that would require Pagan to be out the rest of the year, which is looking unlikely. Beyond that, I don't think Lou is a huge fan of Cedeno, and has barely seen Patterson.

 

I'd easily take Fontenot over Cedeno.

 

As bad as Fontenot is looking right now, he's not nearly as horrid as Cedeno.

im not justifying that all im saying is that while marmol is indeed stellar, Joba is special, hes a freak of nature, and im not biased, i hate the yanks, in fact i have recently realized i hate every baseball not named the cubs

 

Baseballs have names? :lol:

Oh and to continue to veer the game thread off topic, that'd be pretty hilariously creepy if I just showed up to Bourbon Street, hunted down Primetime and leeched onto him all night. I think that's what he thought I was talking about, and is why he ran off so quickly.
