I'm surprised Fox and Petrick weren't recalled as well.

I mentioned this elsewhere, but Fox may not be eligible to come back yet. I don't think it's been 10 days since he was sent back down (I believe that was when Monroe was acquired). If the minor league team's season ends before 10 days the player can come back up early, but Iowa's season isn't over yet. Petrick, that's another issue; I'm not sure why he isn't back, unless they think it would be best to shut him down for the year to avoid another injury.

I said it before, Fox was taken out in the middle of a game for no apparent reason other than that Lou was pissed at him. He was demoted the next day with the Monroe acquisition. I don't see him coming back, Geo will take the role as right handed power hitter off the bench following Monroe and Murton.

Well, it appears they made Ohman carry the pink backpack to the bullpen...

 

When he arrived, Ohman had to change lockers -- Trachsel had moved in -- and also had to carry the pink backpack loaded with candy and gum to the bullpen. It's a role reserved for the rookies on the team.
