some lessons learned so far...

 

1) The archived posts from the board’s early days should be added back in somehow before the conversion

2) The settings for Premium users will need to be incorporated somehow

3) It will take a loooonnngggg time

4) Will have to shut down the board while it works or posts will get out of sync
