This is an old story. This is from Paul Lukas' archive, as the original story is at least a year old.

I hate when a writer uses some fictitious entity like "Uni Watch" to attempt to lend more credibility to something. It just sounds silly. Just do a search and replace on Uni Watch with Paul Lukas and you remove the smokescreen.
