I do think it will be more than 2 games. Not that I'm willing to predict a total of wins larger than your 84, lol, but I am willing to predict the Cards and Brew Crew to be more pathetic than you've predicted.

If we've been treading water and somehow gaining ground with Soriano out and our other injury woes, I have to think we're going to go on another good run towards the end of the season.

And if not and we've clinched the division on the last day of the season but are some pathetic 82-79 or something, we can all only wear half paper bags at the game.

Wow, giving the Brewers two series wins on the road? That's brave.

That 4-game series the Crew have @ATL will be huge. With the Braves' rotation of Smoltz/Hudson/pray for rain, I can't say I'm confident the Braves can take 3, not with Milwaukee's lineup. Hope I'm wrong.

The Braves have a pretty good lineup too.

Why you think the Cubs will lose their last two series against Houston and Cincinnati? I know they play us tough, but you don't think the cubs are good enough to take either home series?

And yes I know I sound like a cave man with this post.... Meant to say "Why do you think".......

Trying to predict these things are an exercise in futility. Brewers rotation is good enough for them to go on a hot streak and take the division by 5 games too. Pretty much is going to come down to the H2H series and which team gets hot or cold.

I do find it unlikely that the Cardinals rotation can keep their hot streak going, so I think their odds of winning it are pretty low unless they take these next couple games.
