Just a quick question for the board....isnt there an August deadline to have draft picks signed or you lose there rights?

I thought I heard that is now the case and for whatever reason, August 13th stuck out to me as the date.

The college juniors can go into next year's draft. The high school seniors will go to a four-year college and get drafted in three years or a junior college and get drafted next year.
