Carolina's two-headed running monster was good to me today. Williams' yards helped me in this league, and Stewart's touchdowns helped me win in my other league. I thought I'd get similar production from Pittsburgh's combination of Parker and Mendenhall, but Parker seems to have disappeared.

That's been happening a lot this year. Hopefully the Falcons completely shut down Colston, but I doubt it. In a 17-point win, just one LenDale touchdown would have been very nice.

Yea, Flacco had a terrible game. Found out Westbrook wasn't playing much too late yesterday to sit him and the political bs in Dallas only got Miles Austin 4 balls thrown his way all game. Ugh.

That Manning guy I have on my team looks like he can play a little football. Now it depends on what Flacco can do. I just wish he were up against a real team rather than the Browns.

Yea, except that game is going to be over by halftime. Flacco will just be handing the ball off the entire 2nd half. I much rather have Ray Rice going tonight than him. We'll see though. I left so many points on my bench this week, no one to blame but myself.

This league is one of two I'm in where I'm the highest-scoring team but am in 3rd place. I was in 5th place with the highest-scoring team until winning last week, oddly enough.

 

A stroke of bad luck has my two defenses going against Indy and New England, so I picked up the Cardinals D, which faces the Rams this week. Should be a fun matchup.

Interestingly we had the Carolina RBs going against each other. This was Williams' week. Good for me in this league, bad for me in my other league (Stewart is one of my starting RBs in that league).

With two weeks to go it is looking like it will be a cluster ... for the last playoff spot. I am off to a good start and a win gets me to 6-6 with I think 4 other teams.

My comment was actually for last week, when the Bears were playing the Eagles. If my fate this week depends on the Bears doing well against the Vikings that would be even more nerve-wracking.

I've been muddling in mediocrity all year. My guys are performing each week but my opponent seems to do just a little better.

With just one week remaining in the regular season 6 of the 8 playoff spots are still up for grabs, as is the #1 seed. I'm out for blood against KarenMac (Cubicle Warriors). She just almost certainly knocked me out of the playoffs in another league (she has Brees on her team in that league, and that was the death of me), so I'm hellbent on returning the favor in this league. :twisted:
