I'm getting the feeling we win this easily tonight before Marquis's triumphant outing on Thursday gets the sweep.

Has anyone gotten to the point where you feel comfortable with Lilly pitching? I remember alot laughing at the idea. But he really is a nice stable #2 behind Zambrano right now.

I'm about there with Lilly. He should be well rested, and should tie up Duncan and Edmonds well tonight. With Rolen's lame shoulder, their lineup gets to be pretty one-dimensional.

 

Geeked again today. Hard to focus on getting some work done. Can't wait to head over to the park, by way of the bar, in a few hours!

he just seems, from a person with a bad memory, to be very inconsistent. i never know what to expect from lilly.

lilly is the one pitcher i've seen live this year, and I couldn't believe how quickly he worked. total "catch and throw" pitcher, which is great. he also completely owned the pirates lineup
