*To the women on the board and anyone else who doesn't like this poll, I am sorry you have to be witness to this gruesome display of the baser side of the men here present but there were claims being made about Ms. Finch in another thread that must be settled on the field of battle. By empirically evaluating her looks we are making no judgments about her value as a person or her accomplishments as an athlete. I regret that this poll may offend some. I trust that the men participating will be able to do so in a respectful manner that honors the values this board holds dear.

there really needs to be more than 2 choices. I don't think shes hot but I don't think shes ugly either. If there was an in between vote Id choose that but since theres not I think ill pass on voting.

A third option in this case would be too easy. No one is claiming she is the hottest woman on the planet. But in total, is she more on the hot side or more on the not side? There are plenty of women who could be classified as hotter but claims were made that she was unattractive. That is simply silly.

I don't think many of you realize how big softball pitchers are. She probably looks like a man in every photo that's not extremely airbrushed. All of her magazine pictures, etc are extremely touched up. And a baggy jersey reveals nothing in terms of her size other than she doesn't have a gut. I'd vote not, because I used to be friends with a lot of softball players that I thought were hot... until I saw them wearing something more revealing than a uniform.

I know all magazines are airbrushed to hell. I was just trying to say that she probably looks a lot different than most people think. That's all. And I know the reasoning for make up as well, but I didn't even bring that up because she has a very attractive face. I'm sure it's still attractive without make up. I really doubt she looks like Denny Neagle's girl when she takes off the make up... or at least I really hope not. :)
