He's had some good ABs this series. Not so much today.

He was 2 for 5 in game 1

2-4 in game 2

1-4 in game 3

They just said on the radio that Lou offered the night off to Soriano as well. I guess that means Pie would have played, but still. What's with trying to put every last useless hitter into the lineup on the same day?

What the hell? Taking DeRosa and Lee out of the lineup is bad enough.

They don't play well on the road. They are 2-5 on their current road trip through Chicago and Pitt with 3 remaining in DC. They have to sweep the Nats to make it a .500.
