Maddux usually wants a guy that's good at throwing runners out, but with Barrett and Bard, it's basically pick your poison. They both suck at that aspect.

Griffey Jr got a really nice pregame ceremony in Seattle tonight. Then when he made his first plate appearance, there was a runner on 1st base and the Mariners pitcher threw to first base twice before going to the plate. The Seattle crowd booed the holy hell out of their own pitcher, it was hilarious. :lol:
