Ugh, another first place team after my rough, close loss to raw last week. I need this one.

I'm 8-2 in 2 leagues, 7 wins in a row in 1 league, 5 wins in a row in this one. I don't plan on either stopping.

not looking like my week right now. after hitting 15+ homers the last two weeks, my offense is doing nothing. and cordero just blew a save on a walk, an infield squibber and a check swing pop up.

i'm happy with the combined 12 or so points lackey and lincecum scored today, but your offense is crushing mine so far.

Yeah, my offense isn't doing much either. 18-74 going against a 10-63 really helps though. My team is gonna hear a mouthful if I don't get my points lead back by the end of the week. I will accept no loafing.

Interesting that Adam Wainwright watched Justin Verlander's start on Tuesday and attempted to emulate that start and went 5.2 of no hit ball. He ended up tossing a 1 hitter through 8.

 

Sweet. Back in this race.

 

Fact #237: There is nothing worse than a guy having an ailment and sitting out for 4 or 5 games and calling it day to day, before the team puts him on the DL when you have a replacement ready to go.
