I love the line-up.. but it would've made sense to put Cedeno at SS given his success against Duke...

I will still take this line-up any day.

I dunno, once Ronny came up last year it became evident he couldn't hit any breaking balls from southpaws... hitting them to a line of .230/.250/.303 last year in 160 PA.

But if we want to argue small sample sizes like the one he's got against Duke, I could just as easily bust out that Ronny is hitless in 10 AB vs. LHP this year. It's a pretty blatant lack of ability against lefties, and I'm sure the pirates have figured it out.

I would have liked to've seen...

1. Theriot (SS)

2. Murton (RF)

3. Lee (1B)

4. Ramirez (3B)

5. Soriano (LF)

6. Barrett ©

7. DeRosa (2B)

8. Pie (CF)

MONEY. However, with the ideology of Soriano in the leadoff based on past success, the lineup works for me. Go Murt.

I'm digging the lineup, and I'm glad I get Len and Bob on MLB TV.

Big night for Murt and Alf tonight!

Lineup does rock! I would switch barrett and muton but it's not a big deal.
