If I remember correctly, we never found out the correct DOB for Dolis. From BA: Born: Jan. 10, 1988 in Romana, D.R.. He's 19.

It kind of scares me that we will be seeing players born in the 90's soon.

I'm 23 and still have trouble believing that LeBron James is nearly a year younger than me. Makes me feel old. :(

Yeah. I was born in 1989, and there will soon be major league baseball players younger than me.

Peoria wins 2-1. Dolis gets the well deserved win. The bullpen combined for 4 innings, only allowing 1 hit, 1 walk, and struck out 5. Roquet picked up the save.

And EPatt just came through with an RBI double in the top of the 7th to give Iowa a 4-3 lead :)

What are Epatt and Pie's numbers on the season. Epatt seems to be on fire.

EPatt was actually struggling before this game. His AVG is at .278 right now, and that's with going 3/4. Don't have his current OBP and OPS numbers, but they definitely have went up tonight. Pie is off to a red hot start as his average is now up to .462. He drew a walk in his last PA.

Iowa now leads it 7-3 in the 8th. Moore drove in a pair on an RBI single in the 7th as well.

Iowa wins it 9-4. Webb got the win in relief. Marmol's line: 4 IP, 3 hits, 2 ERs, 2 BBs, 6 Ks.

Patterson finished 3/5 with an RBI double, two runs scored, and his 1st stolen base of the season. Felix finished 3/4 with a walk, 3 runs scored, and his first steal of the year. Pie is now batting .500 to start the season. I'd say he's off to an ok start.

Why was Marmol's outing so short? Was it because he started to struggle or did he reach his pitch count too early?

He finished at 69 pitches. I'm going to assume that he probably reached his pitch count.

Actually, I believe you and craig gave us info on Dolis including the correct DOB and height/weight info last summer.
