I think this basically means that a lot of tips will be disappearing.

QFT

Not necessarily. I see more people liable to be carrying 10s and 20s than 5s and singles.

Would you pay $6 for a beer at a bar? Here is what my rich finance friends do....they don't buy beer, they bring in their own stuff.

One brings in brandy, another brings in wine and another brings in Jack

For one the beer is warm, .32 and once it is poured without foam....

how one does it figure out for yourselves but be cool

I paid $7 for a beer at a bar near Times Square. There's nothing like taking out another 20 to cover the cost of 3 beers.

Still cheaper than "clubs" in Las Vegas according to my wife. Something like 10 or 12 bucks for an import. I drank for premium beer/liquor for free at the tables while she danced and spent the money I was winning.

---Thinking you are up a couple hundred only to find you broke even with wife's dancing and drinking = priceless.

It depends on the type of dancing your wife dose.

She could have made a lot more money than you

No not that kind. The kind where 3 or 4 30+ year olds get in a group on the middle of the floor and dance together to make the men stare...hey wait a minute! :o

But hey she makes the money in our family so she can spend it how she chooses.

Went to one of those fancy clubs in South Miami Beach last year.

The bottle Bud Light I nursed for a hour was $8. $9 for a rail mixed drink, $11 for a call, $13 for a premium and my girlfriend's Long Island Ice Tea (made with rail) was $16.

one 16oz beer at Wrigley = $6

six 12oz Yuengling bottles at the store=$6

what to choose, what to choose......

Actually, the smarter thing for Wrigley to have done was to keep the price the same but make the cups a little smaller. No one would have ever known

And a lot of bottles of Jack from pockets will be appearing

I prefer the camelback approach coupled with pre-gaming, but that's just me.

What does camelback mean?

It's a "hydration" system. We used them a lot in the military. Much better than water bottles...helps keep your body temp down if you keep the liquid cold to start out with.

I know a lot of people who used them while skiing/snowboarding for both water or alcohol.

Well the price increase doesn't surprise me. I'll still pay it. This just means the bars around Wrigley will follow suit. That's were I seem to drink more anyway.
