The Cubs will be traveling to Electric Park in Tucson to face off against the D'Backs.

I couldn't find any broadcast information on this on either the Cubs or D'Backs website. If anyone has info on that, feel free to post.

Uh oh, I don't think this game is going to have any live media coverage.

There's nothing scheduled on the MLB.com multimedia guide.

Not even XM?

This is the first game to be this way.

Maybe Bruce can provide PBP.

Man, I didnt expect NSBB to be this boring.. especially when the Cubs are doing well.

Still spring training. Give it time.

Is Owings just pitching for the D-Backs, or is he playing in the field too?

Expound.

I checked the XM schedule and there's nothing there about it.

There will be no games available, for us to see or watch, until Friday.

Can you explain the difference between seeing and watching games?

You can see a game by just showing up or turning on the TV. But to truly appreciate it, and really understand the poetry in motion, you must watch.

Biography:

This big strong righty out of Tulane could have been drafted as a power hitting first baseman or a fire balling right hander. The Diamondbacks chose the latter and have been rewarded with one of the best pitching prospects in the system. After a long college season the Diamondbacks kept Owings in the bullpen last year, and all he did was carry a 2.45 ERA in 16 games, striking out 30 in 22 innings. He went 6-2 with a 2.91 ERA in Tennessee the first three months, striking out 69 in 74.1 innings, which was good enough to get a promotion to Triple-A Tucson in just his second pro season, and first full year. The aggressive promotion of Micah also bodes well for him getting a chance with the big league club this season.

A radio broadcast of Thursday's game will be available through Gameday Audio. XM won't be carrying it since it's a Cubs home game but WGN radio isn't broadcasting it.

I still think it's a long shot for either Coats or Cherry to make the team.
