Will Carroll talks about some Cubs in his chat. He says Carlos has a "yellow" in his injury risk system. He reports that a source told him Mark Prior threw "very well." A healthy Prior would make this rotation devastating.

I find myself really hoping that Guzman can take Marquis spot eventually to be a solid #5 in that scenario. Reminds me of 2003 and how I wanted Cruz to have Estes's spot before ST even started.

I'm not so sure about that. I believe when Lou says that he's going to have the top 5 guys in the rotation.

 

Nah, Derwood is right. Marquis is going to have to impressively crap the bed for a good amount of time for him to get knocked out of the rotation.
