Vlad won't be picked in the first round. He had a horrible season last year. He will continue his regression in 2007. There are plenty of GOOD outfielders (Dee Brown, So Taguchi, David Newhan, Larry Bigbie) to pick from in the early rounds. You should expect Vlady to be available somewhere in the 3rd or 4th round. He wouldn't be a horrible pick up in the 2nd round, I suppose.
