They did on that play, but I would hardly call the game biased.

They might have called Reed's forward progress stopped before he even went out of bounds (making the pitch irrelevant)-I'm not sure though.

I dunno if it's fair to call Peyton Manning a choker, but the volume of dumb throws that he makes in the playoffs is much greater than during the regular season. Off the back foot to double-covered Dallas Clark? Across the body and back against the grain, 30 yards downfield?
