If somebody hopes that both Big East teams will lose before the end of the season, then I think you should root for Louisville. Not that West Virginia is by far the better team-but with the speed of WV, a team with inferior team speed will have a hard time beating them. Louisville I think has a better chance of getting upset by Rutgers or Pittsburgh later in the season, although I don't know if they will or not.

Punt return for a touchdown for Louisville and it's now 30-14.

On the replay, horrible punt. The WVU coverage was all on one side of the field and the punt went to the other side of the field. The returner only had to beat one, maybe two players for the TD.

Steve Slaton seems to have a forearm injury and isn't playing for WVU. If he's out this game is pretty much over.

WVU marches right back down the field - with Steve Slaton - for a TD. WVU goes for two but couldn't take advantage of UL only having 10 men on the field as they fumble the snap. 37-27 Louisville.

This game is starting to resemble Arena Football. Hello, defense anyone?

It's like both defense's are only playing with 8 guys or something. It shouldn't be this easy to move the ball.

It's turning out to be exactly what people thought it would be. The 17 point lead might be a little bigger than expected, but each team's offense hasn't disappointed one bit.

I admire Louisville's coach being aggressive with the lead. How many times have we seen Big 10 coaches "play not to lose" late in games and end up blowing games?

I watch Lloyd Carr do it every week. :x

They need to stop talking about all these "1-loss teams". By season's end, there won't be many. ND plays USC, USC plays Cal, Florida may play Auburn in the SEC title game, etc., etc. There won't be a half dozen 1-loss teams vying for the NC
