At least CU made Texas Tech play today. Hopefully that helps us out tomorrow. Must win tomorrow for KSU, which is silly seeing that we'd be 169/170 if we don't get in (re:the stat I posted a few pages back), but not surprising. Win for the Cats tomorrow and we're in.

4 Oregon blows away 5 Arizona 69-50. Oregon will play the winner of 1 UCLA - 8 Cal which is coming up next.

 

Is the Pac-10 tourney only being shown on FSN West? I know CBS is showing the title game. Personally, I'd rather see the Pac-10 tourney than the Big East tourney.

 

I've been seeing the Pac 10 tourney on my FSN channel, and I'm in the Southeast right now.

 

Here in Big 12 country (I hate Big 12 country)we're watching the Big 12 Women's tourney.

Correct, it should be nationwide on FSN - most big Pac-10 games are on FSN across the country.

Barring any more long-shot tourney champions, I think K-State is in. Truthfully, I would rather see them in than my team (Illinois) in. At least KSU has beaten a couple of teams they weren't supposed to beat. Illinois can't say that.

Doesn't look like it. In my area FSN had the Tottenham-West Ham replay, then the 2:00 CST Pac-10 quarterfinal, and now some filler before the B12 women's tourney all night.

Another example of Illinois being one of the dumber b-ball teams in the country --- Pruitt, our center, fouls a jump shooter beyond the arc. I'm glad that Frazier is having a good game, but will he show up tomorrow?

BS. Ubaka pushes off on Afflalo twice and then they call the foul on Afflalo and he's now in foul trouble.

 

UCLA down 37-25 at the half to Cal - 11 turnovers and foul trouble all over the place. Awful first half. We don't deserve a 1-seed.

it's a long range contest now in Chicago. Too bad UofI keeps answering every PSU 3 ball

 

I still say any team trailing Illinois by fewer than 10pts with under three minutes left should just foul us. We will be fortunate to hit one of two. That's why if we're invited to the big dance we're one and done. Any close game and we'll lose because we can't hit FTs.

It's a two point game with 1:35 left. It's amazing after blowing so many games this year, they still don't know how to put a team away.
