I....uh....have changed my mind about Hensley. Yeah, that's it.

i did claim him prior to the time that lineups were due, if that makes you feel any better.

I'm liking him better this inning!

ah, nothing beats a best of two series! at least you guys are both looking like good teams and not scoring 10 points a day or something! You'll notice that my pitching staff has been kicking ass this week.

Crap...anyone know why Halladay had to leave today's game after 3.1?

anybody know why the phils run myers out there for a 120 pitch CG? not that i'm complaining...

Toronto Blue Jays right-hander Roy Halladay left Wednesday night's game against the New York Yankees in the fourth inning with a strained forearm. After Bernie Williams fouled off a pitch, manager John Gibbons, pitching coach Brad Arnsberg and trainer George Poulis went to mound to see Halladay. Halladay didn't even attempt one warmup pitch before leaving the field. The Yankees led 1-0. Halladay hasn't pitched a complete season in three years because of injuries. The 2003 AL Cy Young winner entered Wednesday's game with a 16-5 record and 3.20 ERA.

Raw - next year you need to tell your team to win more games with all those points.

Damn, that's two straight great days for your team. 131 for my guys puts me at a 300 pace for the week, so my boys aren't slacking off at all.

But I'm down close to 50 after the pitching points get added in.

I'm so screwed.

- Halladay might be done for the year...or maybe not...so I can't be sure -- I should replace him in the rotation.

- Bill Hall isn't playing because of an "undisclosed" injury and is day to day.

- DeJesus left the game last night in the fifth after injuring his finger.

- Sheffield is active and taking up a spot on my reserve list, but not playing.

- Oswalt is having muscle spasms in his neck and had to leave his last start. Since Houston is out of the race, they're reportedly going to baby him, though he should start.

- Billingsley is coming off injury and should start, but has a really short leash.

Weeks, Gomes & Liriano (3 of my keepers) are out for the year and blocking up my whole DL. I can't pick up anybody and put one of my injured players on the bench because I'll have to drop a player I want to keep for next year.

Meanwhile, Adam's team is on pace to score 473 points this week.

Looks like we're going to have a two-time defending champion in the league.

I suppose I should be rooting against my keepers at this point, huh?

I'm rooting against my non-exempt keepers and rookies. I need Shealy to get hurt and fall short of 200 ABs, heck, he might be there already. Saunders didn't get hurt and made his 10th start recently.

It's hard to root against Morneau wtih what he is doing this season.

Same concept as rooting against the Cubs in order to improve their draft position. :D

Kendrick has 200 abs.

geez, my team can do no wrong...70+ points today w/o a start...340+ points for the week, and i have four starts tomorrow. obviously, i couldn't have asked for much more than this for week 1.

Are you somehow ending up with 9 starts this week?
